Plan & seats

Settings → Plan & seats shows the plan this workspace runs under and where it stands. Every figure is measured from your own workspace — nothing is estimated. One thing is counted: seats. Everything else on the page is a plain fact about your workspace, never a limit.

Seats — the one counted figure

A seat is one person with an account on the assistant: someone who can sign in and ask, on the web or linked in a chat channel. The page shows people on seats next to seats included. People are assigned under Settings → Users; disabling or deleting someone frees their seat immediately, and seats follow people, not devices.

Usage — never metered

Questions are not metered on any plan: ask as much as the work demands, and the invoice never moves because of a busy month. There is no usage figure to watch and none is shown.

Size — a fact, not a cap

No plan limits how much data the assistant holds. The Size figure is the raw size of everything indexed, as the files are at their sources — shown for your records only, never gating anything. Sync as much as your knowledge base needs.

A deployment that isn't enrolled on a plan carries no seat cap at all; the page still shows the facts for your own records.

Changing plan

Plans and seat counts are managed on your account page on the operator's website — the “Manage plan” button opens it. Changes take effect here automatically, usually within a few minutes; there is nothing to install.
