Set up BigCommerce
Connect your BigCommerce store to make products, orders and web pages searchable — products with their categories and descriptions, orders with buyer and totals. Read-only.
- In the BigCommerce control panel open Settings → Store-level API accounts → Create API account: choose Read-only where offered (Products, Orders, Content) and copy the access token and the store hash (the part after /stores/ in the API path).
- Documents → BigCommerce, enter the store hash and paste the token.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
Orders sync newest-first and are bounded; orders already synced stay searchable past the bound. Line items aren't read on BigCommerce orders (the API prices that at one extra call per order, every sync).
