Set up Brevo
Connect Brevo to make your sent campaigns searchable — each becomes a dated email document with its subject and full text. Read-only.
- In Brevo open the menu under your name → SMTP & API → API Keys and generate an API key (not an SMTP key).
- Documents → Brevo, paste the key.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
Campaigns already synced stay searchable when they age out of the sync window, and rank low — an old newsletter never outranks the current page.
