Set up Contentful

Connect a Contentful space to make every published entry searchable — text and rich-text fields flattened to prose, carded with the content type. Read-only.

In Contentful open Settings → API keys and copy the Space ID and the Content Delivery API access token.
Documents → Contentful, enter both.
Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.

The Content Delivery API reads PUBLISHED content only, which is exactly what syncs. Name a different environment under Advanced only if your team publishes from one.
