Set up Fireflies.ai
Connect Fireflies to make your recorded meetings searchable — each becomes a minutes document with the AI summary, action items and the full speaker-attributed transcript, tied to its date and participants. Read-only.
- In the Fireflies dashboard open Integrations → Fireflies API and copy the API key.
- Documents → Fireflies.ai, paste the key; optionally set how far back to sync (a year by default).
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
The key reads the meetings its owner can see — an admin's key covers the workspace. Who may ASK about the meetings is controlled by the access groups you choose here. Once synced, minutes stay searchable even if the meeting is later deleted in Fireflies.
