Set up Front
Connect Front to make your shared inboxes searchable — each conversation becomes a document with the whole thread, internal comments labelled, tied to its inbox, customer, assignee and tags. Read-only.
- In Front open Settings → Developers → API tokens and create a token with the Shared resources scope.
- Documents → Front, paste the token; optionally list inbox names to sync only those.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
Conversations sync newest-activity-first and are bounded — conversations already synced stay searchable past the bound. Archived conversations rank below open ones.
