Set up Klaviyo
Connect Klaviyo to make your email marketing searchable — each campaign becomes a dated document with its subject, audience and full text, and each flow a document of its status and trigger. Read-only.
- In Klaviyo open Settings → Account → API keys and create a private key with read access to Campaigns, Flows, Lists, Segments and Templates.
- Documents → Klaviyo, paste the key (pk_…).
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
Campaigns already synced stay searchable when they age out of the sync window or are archived in Klaviyo; sent campaigns rank low so an old newsletter never outranks the current page.
