Set up Productboard
Connect Productboard to make two things searchable at once: the feature board (name, status, timeframe) and the voice-of-customer notes with the company each came from. Read-only.
- In Productboard open Workspace settings → Integrations → Public API and generate an access token.
- Documents → Productboard, paste the token.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
Notes are customers' actual words and rank solidly; archived features drop lower so the current roadmap answers first.
