Set up Typeform
Connect Typeform to make survey responses searchable — each form's month becomes one digest document of question/answer pairs, so “what did people say in the churn survey” answers from the actual responses. Read-only.
- In Typeform open your account settings → Personal tokens and generate a token with the forms:read and responses:read scopes.
- Documents → Typeform, paste the token; optionally paste form links to sync only those.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
Months already synced stay searchable when responses age out of the sync window; the oldest partially-covered month waits for the next full sync rather than syncing half-empty.
