Prices in EUR per month, excluding VAT where applicable. Team sizes are guidance, never seat limits: people are unlimited on every plan. What the allowance means ↓

Every plan carries the complete product.

Plans differ in capacity, never capability: there is no feature gate to read, no add-on grid to decode. What a bigger plan buys is a bigger monthly AI allowance, nothing else.

  • Every source & every channel
  • Unlimited documents & people
  • Cited answers, on everything
  • Permission-aware retrieval
  • Single-tenant isolation
  • Console & channels in five languages
  • Automatic updates & safety backups
  • Support from the team that built it

One number to understand.

What a token is, what the allowance counts, and why the price can never run past the plan.

AI models read and write text in tokens; a page of text is roughly 500 of them. When the assistant answers, it reads your question and the passages it retrieved, then writes the answer: about 25,000 tokens for a typical question. The allowances are sized on that scale: 4M tokens fits a team of about two, 20M a team of ten, 50M a team of twenty-five.

Context the assistant re-reads from its cache is free, so long conversations don't drain the month. The counter resets on the 1st, and the live figure sits on your account page and in your deployment's console, always in agreement.

Never counted

Documents, sources, channels and people. Connect everything, invite everyone; only answering is metered.

Heavy months

An upgrade from your account page lands in minutes; the new allowance applies immediately, nothing reinstalls.

No surprises

There is no overage billing. The assistant will never spend money you did not agree to.

The allowance, spelled out in the docs →

From checkout to first answer.

What actually happens after you pick a plan: minutes of setup, and nothing you cannot undo.

Checkout runs on Stripe against your Naxis account; the card number never touches us. On managed plans you pick your assistant's address as you pay, yourcompany.naxistechnologies.com, and the deployment builds itself: sign-in details arrive by email within minutes.

Self-hosting sends the installer by email instead: one command on a Linux server with Docker and 8 GB of RAM puts the identical product on your infrastructure, automatic updates included.

Changing course

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any month from your account page; a plan change lands in minutes and never touches your documents.

Receipts & renewal

A monthly subscription handled by Stripe, renewal notices by email, cancellation effective at the end of the paid month.

A second deployment

Buying again creates a second, separate deployment on purpose; some organisations run one per company or department.

Pricing, answered plainly

Why is there no per-seat price?

Because you are not buying seats, you are buying a deployment. The whole company can use it: people, groups and guests are unlimited on every plan, and the invoice never grows with headcount. The team sizes on the cards describe the AI allowance a team that size typically spends; they are not limits of any kind.

What is an AI token, in plain words?

The unit AI models read and write text in; a page of text is roughly 500 tokens. Answering a question means reading it, reading the retrieved passages and writing the answer, about 25,000 tokens for a typical question. A plan's allowance is simply how much of that reading and writing a month includes.

What happens if we use the whole allowance?

Nothing that costs you money: the plan price is a hard ceiling, there is no overage billing, and the assistant will never spend what you did not agree to. At 80% the administrator gets one email, so a heavy month is never a surprise. A bigger allowance is one click on your account page and lands within minutes, and every counter resets on the 1st regardless.

Can we change or cancel the plan later?

Any month, from your account page. Upgrades and downgrades reach the deployment within minutes and never touch your documents. Cancelling stops the subscription at the end of the paid month, and export and deletion of your data stay in your hands.

If Naxis hosts it, can Naxis see our data?

No. Managed means we run the machinery, not that we look inside: every client gets a single private deployment with its own database and document store, ring-fenced from every other client, and your documents never train anyone's models. Support access exists only with your explicit consent, granted per request from your account and revocable there.

Should we pick managed hosting or self-hosting?

Managed is the default: your private deployment runs at yourcompany.naxistechnologies.com or at your own domain, with hosting, updates and nightly backups included, live in minutes. Self-hosting puts the identical product on your own Linux server for a flat €249 a month on top of any plan, same automatic updates; a server with Docker and 8 GB of RAM is all it needs. Pick managed unless policy says your infrastructure.

Can the assistant live at our own domain?

Yes, on every plan, at no extra charge. A managed deployment answers at yourcompany.naxistechnologies.com from day one; whenever you want, point one DNS record at Naxis and attach your own name, assistant.yourcompany.com, from your account page. The certificate is automatic and both addresses keep working. Self-hosted deployments are on your domain by nature.

Is there a trial?

The live demo is open without a signup: the full product on a sample company, so you can judge the answers before paying anything. After that, plans are monthly with no minimum term; the first month is the trial.

What if none of the plans fits?

Then we shape one to you: no allowance at all, custom hosting posture, compliance reviews, DPAs and on-premise options, and a direct line to the engineering team. Write two lines about your organisation and an engineer answers.

Pick the plan that fits today.

Nothing you choose now is fixed: the allowance can grow the month you need it, and cancelling is a button on your account page, not a conversation.
