Set up ActiveCampaign
Connect ActiveCampaign to make campaigns and automations searchable — each campaign becomes a dated document with its subject and full text, each automation a document of its status. Read-only.
- In ActiveCampaign open Settings → Developer and copy the API URL and key.
- Documents → ActiveCampaign: enter the account name (the acme in acme.api-us1.com — pasting the whole URL works too) and the key.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
Campaigns already synced stay searchable when they age out of the sync window; sent campaigns rank low.
