Set up Workable (recruiting)
Connect Workable to make hiring searchable — job posts in full text, and the candidate pipeline with each person's stage, so “where is the sales-engineer search” answers from the ATS itself. Read-only.
- In Workable open Settings → Integrations → Apps (API access) and generate an access token with read scopes for jobs and candidates.
- Documents → Workable, enter the subdomain (the acme in acme.workable.com) and paste the token.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
Candidate data is personal data — pick access groups accordingly. Interview feedback, notes and salary fields are NOT synced.
