Set up Zoom meeting transcripts
Bring Zoom cloud-recording transcripts in as minutes — every cloud-recorded meeting with an audio transcript becomes a dated minutes document with its host and speakers. Read-only.
- In Zoom, enable cloud recording with audio transcript (Account Settings → Recording → Advanced cloud recording settings).
- At marketplace.zoom.us choose Develop → Build App → Server-to-Server OAuth; give it the read scopes for users and cloud recordings.
- Documents → Zoom meetings, paste the app's Account ID, Client ID and Client Secret; optionally limit to certain hosts.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
No browser sign-in is involved — tokens mint themselves from the pasted credentials. Only meetings Zoom itself transcribed can come in, and what Zoom's retention has already deleted cannot — but minutes synced before the cleanup stay searchable, like a mail archive.
