Set up SurveyMonkey
Connect SurveyMonkey to make survey responses searchable — each survey's month becomes one digest document of question/answer pairs from completed responses. Read-only.
- At developer.surveymonkey.com create a private app for your own account and copy its long-lived access token (no review needed for private use).
- Documents → SurveyMonkey, paste the token.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
SurveyMonkey's API allows few calls per day, so the connector spends them carefully: only surveys whose responses moved are re-read, big backfills spread across several syncs (the sweep summary says when a survey waits), and months already synced stay searchable throughout.
