Set up Greenhouse (recruiting)
Connect Greenhouse to make hiring searchable — jobs, candidates and applications with their current stage, so “where is the Berlin search” answers from the ATS itself. Read-only.
- In Greenhouse open Configure → Dev Center → API Credential Management and create a Harvest API key with the GET permissions for Jobs, Candidates and Applications.
- Documents → Greenhouse, paste the key.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
Candidate data is personal data — pick access groups accordingly; a hiring-team group is the natural choice. Interview notes and scorecards are NOT synced.
