Set up ClickUp
Connect ClickUp to make your tasks searchable — each becomes a document with its description and comments, subtasks and closed tasks included, tied to its space, list, assignees and tags. Read-only.
- In ClickUp click your avatar → Settings → Apps and copy the personal API token (starts with pk_).
- Documents → ClickUp, paste the token; optionally list space names to narrow the sync.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
The token reads as its owner — a member who can see the right spaces is all it takes. Each list also becomes a findable concept.
