Set up BookStack
Connect a BookStack wiki and every page becomes a document carrying its book and chapter, so answers point back to the right shelf. Drafts are left out. Read-only.
- In BookStack open your profile → Edit profile → API tokens and create a token — you get a Token ID and a Token Secret.
- Documents → BookStack, enter the server URL and paste both halves.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
The token reads what its user can read — give it a viewer role scoped to the shelves that should be searchable. Pages re-read only when their updated stamp moves.
