Set up Document360
Connect a Document360 knowledge base — every published article becomes a document carrying its category path. Hidden and draft articles are left out. Read-only.
- In the Document360 portal open Settings → Knowledge base portal → API tokens and create a read token.
- Documents → Document360, paste the token; set the language code under Advanced if your KB isn't English.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
Articles re-read only when their modified stamp moves. If your portal names the token page slightly differently, it lives under the portal's Settings — search the portal for “API tokens”.
