Set up Dropbox Sign

Connect Dropbox Sign (the HelloSign that was) to bring signature requests in as documents — each request's PDF with its signing state and every signer's status, plus your templates, findable next to everything else. Read-only.

In Dropbox Sign open Integrations → API (or app.hellosign.com/home/myAccount → API) and copy the API key.
Documents → Dropbox Sign, paste the key.
Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.

Completed requests carry the executed agreement's standing; declined ones stay findable but rank last. Requests sync newest-first and are bounded — requests already synced stay searchable past the bound.
