Set up Magento / Adobe Commerce
Connect a Magento (Adobe Commerce) store to make products, orders and CMS pages searchable — products with categories, stock and descriptions; orders with buyer, totals and line items. Read-only.
- In the Magento admin open System → Extensions → Integrations → Add New Integration: name it, restrict the API resources to Catalog, Sales and Content (read-oriented), save, then Activate — the access token appears at the end.
- Documents → Magento / Adobe Commerce, enter the store URL and paste the access token.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
An integration token is minted entirely in your own admin — no app store, nothing installed. Orders sync newest-first and are bounded; orders already synced stay searchable past the bound.
