Set up Fathom
Connect Fathom to make your recorded meetings searchable — each becomes a minutes document with the AI summary and the full speaker-attributed transcript. Read-only.
- In Fathom open Settings → API access and generate a key (Fathom may require a paid team plan).
- Documents → Fathom, paste the key; optionally set how far back to sync (a year by default).
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
A personal key reads its owner's meetings; a team key covers the team's. Minutes already synced stay searchable even if the meeting is later deleted in Fathom.
