Set up Canny
Connect Canny to make your feedback boards searchable — each post becomes a document with its status, votes and the discussion under it. Read-only.
- In Canny open Settings → API & webhooks and copy the API key.
- Documents → Canny, paste the key; optionally list board names to sync only those.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
Private boards sync when the key can see them — the access groups you choose here decide who may ask about them.
