Set up Mailchimp
Connect Mailchimp to make your sent campaigns searchable — each becomes a dated email document with its subject, audience and full text, so “what did we tell customers about X” answers from the archive. Read-only.
- In Mailchimp open your profile → Account & billing → Extras → API keys → Create A Key.
- Documents → Mailchimp, paste the key (the -usNN suffix tells the sync which data center to talk to).
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
Campaigns already synced stay searchable when they age out of the sync window. Sent campaigns rank low — an old newsletter never outranks the current policy page.
