Set up Jotform
Connect Jotform to make form responses searchable — each form's month becomes one digest document of question/answer pairs, so “what did people say in the intake form” answers from the actual responses. Read-only.
- In Jotform open Settings → API and create a key with Read access.
- Documents → Jotform, paste the key — and pick the EU region if your account lives on eu.jotform.com.
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
Months already synced stay searchable when responses age out of the sync window; the oldest partially-covered month waits for the next full sync rather than syncing half-empty. Disabled forms sync too, ranked lower — their answers remain history.
