Set up PandaDoc
Connect PandaDoc to bring your proposals, quotes and contracts in as documents — each one's PDF with its signing state, parties and total, findable next to everything else. Read-only.
- In PandaDoc open Settings → Integrations → API and copy the API key.
- Documents → PandaDoc, paste the key; optionally include drafts under Advanced (left out by default).
- Choose access groups, Test, then Sync.
Completed and paid documents carry the executed agreement; voided and declined ones stay findable but rank last.
